Each garment and object is made-to-order in London. Production and delivery times vary according to the Product and are stated on the relevant Product page.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is included for orders placed through the Site unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery for Products where this timeframe is specified on the Product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

International Delivery

We welcome international orders. International shipping charges and delivery times may vary according to destination and will be confirmed at checkout or before an order is placed.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs clearance may also affect delivery times.

Production

Our Products are made-to-order in London rather than held as finished stock.

The production timeframe stated on each Product page begins once your order has been accepted and any required payment has been received.

Occasionally, production or delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.

Express Delivery

Express delivery may be available for selected orders and destinations. Where available, the applicable charge and estimated timeframe will be confirmed separately.

Cancellations and Returns

Different cancellation and return rights may apply depending on the type of Product ordered.

Standard Products and standard-size Made-to-Order Products may be subject to statutory cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer law.

Made-to-Measure and bespoke garments are developed specifically for an individual client and may be excluded from certain cancellation or return rights where permitted by law. The applicable terms will be set out in the relevant commission statement.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a Product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to its description, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist.
